Returns and Refunds Policy

Courier Returns:-

Courier Returns occur when the order is undelivered and marked as ReturnTo Origin (RTO). Please find below the potential reasons for the order being marked as RTO.
1. Customer Unavailability
2. Incomplete Address
3. Future Delivery Requested
4. Self-Pickup Requested
5. Customer Refused Delivery
6. Door/Premises/Office Closed
7. Pin-code Not Serviceable
In case of wrong address, unavailability, door/premise closed, pin code not serviceable, the courier gets returned to us. In such a case, as a customer, you will be required to take the following action:
Intimate us within 7 days about where would you like the product to be delivered as per your availability. We will reship the order to the new address provided by you
If the pin code becomes unserviceable after order placement, you will be required to provide us with some other address of a nearby pin code. We will ship the courier to this new address. However in such a case, refund will not be possible as the manufacturing cost is already incurred.

Customer Returns:-

Customer Returns occur when customer receives a products that has same discrepancies/Non-conformances.
Please find below the potential reasons for the customer returns:-
1. Defective itemReceived
2. Broken item Received
3. Wrong size Received
4. Wrong grade Received
In such case, we accepts returns up to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and we will refund the full order amount minus shipping cost for the returnwithin 30 days of the original purchase of the Contract. Exchange and Refunds for Non-standard custom made products:-

In case of customized products for individual customer requirements, any returns or rejection or unacceptance of currier other than damage/defect are not refundable.
